A good stay with kind staff
The hotel left us with warm impressions-super clean rooms, delicious breakfast options, and attentive staff were very good. The beach shuttle was a thoughtful addition, too!

The panoramic views from the room were fine and a highlight of the stay. The room itself was spacious and modern.
Walking to the beach seemed like an expedition, with no proper pedestrian paths and the area not being very pedestrian-friendly. I encountered cleanliness issues, like bugs in my bed and dusty surfaces, which should not happen at this price point. The breakfast quality was mediocre at best, with stale bread and lackluster items, failing to match the expectations set by the hotel's appearance.

Marvellous and delicious breakfast with sausages and the freshly made eggs, as for instance, very attentive employees. Spacious room, luxury bathroom. Perfect location just a pleasant stroll away from The Baray Spa.

Breakfast is ordinary, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and responsive.
Location, far from the sea, there is noise from the road. There is also no territory of its own.

The staff during reception hours were nice. They even gave me two free pizzas for not having power or towels for two nights
The fact I had to stay in four different rooms had two days without fresh towels and the fact I booked my stay though Booked.net the hotel could`nt or would`nt refund me for my inconvenience. And it impossible to get help after hours as the receptionist only speaks Thai. I dont usually leave bad reviews but if I wanted to sleep without air con or without being able to have a hot shower id have slept on the beach

The room was spacious, and the bed was huge and super comfy, making it the perfect spot to unwind after exploring. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the chance to book a soothing massage, which helped me relax. Just a heads-up, breakfast closed right at 10 o'clock, so set your alarm! 😄
